End of Year Updates & NEWS!

Emily here! As we head toward the end of 2021, Thuan and I wanted to thank you for your support throughout this past year. Knowing how tight Thuan’s schedule has been and has become, we’re incredibly appreciative of all the times you’re able to help us by switching appointment times so we can help other clients get scheduled. It’s truly a team effort to ensure everyone gets the care they need—thank you!! We’re so grateful for this incredibly understanding and caring community!

Q1 2022 PRE-BOOKING

Thuan and I are also very impressed by his clients’ commitment to maintaining and improving their wellness. Pretty much everyone scheduled this past quarter pre-booked for the next one! For those of you we haven’t heard from about your schedules, we are assuming the schedule is fine with you, or you’re happy to cancel/manage your appointments on your own.

Should you want to make any changes or book appointments when you need them, please feel free to do so online. If you have trouble scheduling or rescheduling, please email us for help.

We’re also thrilled that so many of you have also found that the new photobiomodulation therapy has helped to reduce your pain!  If you haven’t tried it out yet, we highly recommend it!

PANDEMIC PROTOCOLS UPDATE

Thuan is maintaining the same pandemic protocols and encourages his clients to get fully vaccinated, including the booster shot. All fully vaccinated and boosted clients have the choice to wear or not to wear a mask during their appointment.

If you contract or come into contact with COVID (even if you have been fully vaccinated), please let us know, stay home, and get tested. If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will do that. Once your test result is negative for COVID, Thuan can see you again.

NEW OFFICE MANAGER

We’re happy to announce that we are also growing to include a NEW Office Manager—Marjerie Tandang! We were impressed with her many years of customer service and virtual administrative experience, as well as caring personality. Please feel free to send her a warm hello at manager@ikneadit.life. I will be training and tag-teaming with her for the next few months, and then transitioning into an Executive Director role where I will assist Thuan with making higher level business decisions and continuing to support him with design and directing his brand. Until then, you can continue to reach me at the same email and number as always.

OUT OF OFFICE REMINDER

Lastly, I wanted to give a friendly reminder that I will be out of the office from Dec. 20 - Jan. 4. I will finally be taking a much needed vacation to San Francisco with my husband for about a week, and then we’ll head to Los Angeles for about another week and attend a wedding of one of my cousins on New Year’s Eve! 🍾

You can still contact us during this time and either Thuan or Marjerie will respond and help you.
