NEW BREATHING CLASS!!
Hello everyone,
As you know, I've been advocating for the importance of proper breathing technique for both mental and physical health. Did you know that it can impact our digestion, liver functions, and relieve neck and lower back pain? The benefits are numerous, and we're excited to announce that we'll be offering a new class service next quarter dedicated to breathing techniques.
But this won't be just any breathing class. We'll be focusing on a holistic approach to address common problems that I've observed over the years. The class will be a blend of breathing, mobility, stability, chi qong, and self-acupressure/massage. Stay tuned for more details on how to sign up for the class.
In the meantime, I'm excited to introduce you all to my friend Devin. She's full of positive energy and I know you'll all love her. I'm confident that she'll be the bridge to help our community reach the next level of overall health.
