Thuan Duong, LMT, CLT
FOUNDER, LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, & CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST
My practice focuses on holistic bodywork in consideration of its interconnected systems.
Only when in balance (homeostasis) can our body reach its full potential.
My training includes corrective exercise, breathwork coaching, instrument-assisted therapies, tui na, cupping, and orthopedic, sports, and lymphatic styles of massage, as well as Spinal Reflex Therapy, fascia-releasing techniques, dynamic stress, organ and vagus nerve manipulation, traditional Chinese medicine philosophy, acupuncture, and complete decongestive therapy.
I’ve helped clients with many conditions by viewing the signals as requests for help.

Kamila Arteaga
RECEPTIONIST
Originally from Ecuador, I moved to the DMV area six years ago and immediately began working in customer service and office management. With ample experience serving clients in the medical industry as well as fluency in both English and Spanish, I excel at developing a rapport with patients. It is my goal to impart a personal touch to each and every patient’s office visit as I address their scheduling and billing needs. I look forward to joining the I Knead It team and, together, getting patients the relief they deserve.
When I’m not assisting patients, I enjoy hiking or hitting the gym but – on a rainy day – you might find me digging into good book.

My journey into the world of bodywork is deeply personal; I've faced and conquered disabilities, which has ignited a sincere passion towards helping others heal. To master one's craft, one must commit to daily learning and growth--and I am unwavering in my dedication to expanding my knowledge to assist you.
I invite you to embark on a journey with us to enhance your well-being and unlock your full potential!

Steven Lee, LMT
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Because I am an engineer/scientist by training, with a focus in material and reliability sciences, I have the mindset to detect your failure mode and complete an effects analysis to diagnose what ails your body.
I understand the plight of not only the office worker who sits at a desk or stands in the lab all day, but I also understand the individual who is active and loves resistance training.
Whether your condition requires a relaxing touch, deep relief, or a scraping of the myofascial cobwebs, I will connect the biomechanic logic and explain why things hurt as we work on alleviating your pain for lasting reprieve.

Khin Gardner, LMT
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
I am a licensed massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and over 13 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I’m also a Certified Medication Aide, and my background in medical care continues to shape how I approach massage therapy, with compassion, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to my clients’ overall well-being.
I’ve always loved caring for others, especially the elderly, and that heart for service is what led me to expand into massage therapy. I see massage not just as a way to relax, but as a powerful tool to support physical health, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Whether you're a senior managing chronic tension, a working adult needing stress relief, or a younger client seeking better body balance, I tailor each session to your specific needs.
My goal is to provide safe, effective, and nurturing care to people of all ages, combining my medical experience with therapeutic touch to help you feel your best.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your health journey. I look forward to meeting you.
