Our family is growing rapidly, and it now demands more care than Thuan and Glenn can provide. We are delighted to introduce a new family member who will be joining us – Michael! I have known Michael for many years, and his insatiable thirst for knowledge, as well as his unwavering passion for massage therapy, is truly remarkable. He is constantly in school, learning new techniques and expanding his skill set. Not to mention, he is a humble yet exceptional runner himself. From an athlete's perspective, I am eagerly looking forward to having him as a part of our family, helping us grow even further.- Thuan

I am Michael Spencer Balensiefer; a husband, father, and Masters-aged athlete dedicated to enhancing the remarkable 'platform' that is our body. In today's world, holistic health is often overlooked. True health encompasses not just the body's physical systems, but the mental, spiritual, and emotional, too. (And taking omega fatty acids won't hurt!)  My journey into the world of bodywork is deeply personal; I've faced and conquered disabilities, which has ignited a sincere passion towards helping others heal. To master one's craft, one must commit to daily learning and growth--and I am unwavering in my dedication to expanding my knowledge to assist you.

New Expansion

While we are still finalizing the details, we are excited to share that a close friend and I have decided to combine our strengths and passion for health and wellness to launch 'I Knead It' as a business partnership.

'I Knead It' is a sanctuary of healing, love, and self-care. Our core strength lies in being a loving community, and this will be at the heart of our upcoming expansion. Our vision is to create a place that feels like your second home, an oasis where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and nurture a deeper connection with yourself.
